This page explains how the texts on theRAMageddon are made. We would rather tell you plainly than let you guess.
Our data comes first
Every price, count and percentage on this site comes from our own weekly price checks (see how we track prices). In texts these figures are filled in automatically from the latest data, so a text never shows an old price as if it were current.
How texts are written
Texts are drafted with AI assistance, based on our own price data and on public sources that we cite. The drafts follow the writing guidelines of the publisher, Maxim Baeten BV. Texts appear under the pen name Gregory.
Texts are published automatically. They are reviewed after publication, not before: we do not claim that a person reads every text before it goes live. When a review finds a problem, we correct the text and update its date.
Sources
Facts that do not come from our own data, such as statements by memory makers or market forecasts, are attributed and linked to their source at the end of the text. A forecast is always someone else's forecast, never a promise from us.
Corrections
Found an error in a price, a spec or a text? Write to hallo@maximbaeten.be. We fix factual errors as soon as we can and do not hide corrections.
Independence
No shop or brand pays for a place in our tables. We do not use affiliate links today. If that changes, links will be marked and the order of a table will still be the price.
